With all due respect you first mistakenly claim in your post above that Mr Billis controls Tribune with a 60% undeclared voting interest and now everything is very clear to you.

What is clear to me is that Tribune has been controlled by the 8,020,000 Sierra Gold shares for as long as I’ve been a shareholder (see the Top20 list I posted above from 1999... which is the earliest ASX copy I can find).

As I said before I don’t care who owns these share, it could be Mr Billis, his wife, Mickey Mouse, Mother Teresa or the devil incarnate, what I care about is how these shares have served shareholders over the last 20 years plus to identify the prospective tenements at Kundana, hold the company’s interests in those tenements, raise finance to develop those prospective tenements, astutely hoard the gold produced from those prospective tenements for 20 years and continue to manage those prospective tenements for the benefit of shareholders, producing profits year after year while putting away more gold and now paying handsome dividends on those prospective tenements.

Small minded people will always have greed, take and destroy what others have built if they can use their influence. That’s why they were born with silver spoons in their mouths, they never had to lift a finger to get what they want. If this panel enquiry destroys Tribune and hands control to the silver spoon brigade it is a complete and utter disgrace IMO. Esh
