I hold share here and have also wondered why the price has improved solidly in recent times. My guess is that each year they've increased the dividend slightly and it's noticeable in their case on or around 30th September when the first quarterly dividend for this year is announced. Their may be a presumption of a dividend increase and it's being priced in.
