Do I have a need to keep taking the profits NST are regularly accruing in our SMSF (When they get to exceed current losses on other stock)?
My belief is that if a SMSF member in the fund dies (Yes one is very ill) (Fund paying no tax as both members are receiving exempt pensions) any un-allocated capital gain for the deceased members portion will be subject to taxes.
Does anyone have the answer, or where/how I should look on ATO site?
