Hi Wilma, not sure what would require a trip back, most likely a Government related thing where protocol would dictate need to be there. So SEZ operating licence , Govt % involvement or local content plan/approval would be my guesses.
Downstream processes in Tanzania, perhaps better to get upstream sorted first, so perhaps not that.
