Continuing in from my previous post I'll use an example. I have long held the view Myer is a deadbeat stock and it is only a matter of time before it goes to zero. However, as I am long only investor, why would I bother perusing and discussing MYR when I have no intention of shorting or buying it?

I am extremely interested in well thought out, researched sell side views.

I am very happy for another person to change my mind if the show me issues with my investment thesis or other factors that I may not have thought of but make a material difference. Indeed I often seek them out.
