Please recognise that Bk Of NY act as custodian for thousands of funds. It could be almost anyone, or combinations of entities, buying into the stock. Not sure that you can attach any meaning to the headline owner.
All this tells us is what we already know.....ie we are not the only ones that think it is cheap.
