No my dear girl, the essential element of organic growth is that it has to be funded by profits. In other words by making the actual business of providing child care profitable and in ABC Learning's case more profitable. The setting up or acquisition of the centres has absolutely nothing to do with it
How did ABS funf their expansion? Debt and capital injecture by a new share issue at inflated prices and therefore it cannot be classed as organic growth despite what you obviously read in endless ABC Learning Centre press releases.
This is the trouble with "superficial understanding".
