I'd be a bit concerned if they weren't 100% committed.
Unfortunately, if trading over the last few months is anything to go by, there is about a 2% chance of those options being in the money in 3 months
Short of signing a substantial deal, it simply won't happen
Don't get caught up too much in " CEO speak" or management biographies...they usually count for very little
