The article was in The Australian and a few other websites. The early works contract awarded to date is unlikely to be material in dollars terms and why nothing is announced. The main contract which is a material amount will be awarded later this year. Based on the comments and that Watpac is completing the early works, I would assume Watpac is the preferred contractor.
