Expendable- I once posted on this forum (take it from me)retail banks/money lenders don't get involved in projects such as SEI and similar.
Its not their target client.Any project finance needs could be worked in via
o'seas offtake coys(Mitsubishi again ?)..
Having said that, once an income stream is a reality then finance coys may be
prepared to look at financing equipment(loaders and such like).
SEI howevever would be more likely to contract/out source the digging etc rather than
buy/borrow their own equipment.
