Oppressive Behaviour under the Corporations Act.

A good read for shareholders of this company. Three points that stand out are as follows:

1. Runs the Company in their own interests. Very pertinent here as all Directors are related parties and
hold shares and or directorships in each others private companies.

2. Improperly issue shares to themselves to out vote other shareholders. Whom of existing shareholders
were given the opportunity to get shares at .01c, going through the lists of those recipients only
directors, associates and friendlies.

3. Redirects business opportunities from the company to themselves. Why are they paying fertiliser bills
we do not own nor operate farms, if this is not the case where have the announcements disappeared to.

4. Pay's themselves excessive salaries. The directors should not be being paid anything as they have not
delivered anything for the company for over 2 years except suspension from ASX.
