This has nothing to do with WEC on a basic level..

EG Bayan taking over KRl has no effect on the 56% frozen holding in KRL
by Bayan -- that will still be frozen

the only diff is that batyan will own 100%

As I said the FIRB --which allows take overs
has no objections.

So the courts play "NO" Role in it.

After the takeover nothing relating to WEC has changed - things progress
as they have been- Bayan stalling all it can---

If the KRl shareprice goes up as a result of the takeover
WECS 56% frozen holding represents a bigger pain in the ass to them

so the outcome may help Bayan to get off its ass and settle
