Dreamin,my main worry is the takeover scenario. It seems to me that management has intentionally set the company up for a take over. Look at the management structure and there are many Asians in there that have accumulated millions of options and shares at ridiculous low SP. A takeover bid of just 5 cents would be very tempting for them.
