I think they are saying that if they really do get 6 drill rigs (and thats the upper limit to what they want) then they will need significant amounts of staff, contractors, acomodation which all costs significant amount of $$$
Even with 3 drill rigs diamond drilling on double shift and 2 or three rigs single shift on RC percussion drilling the drilling costs alone mean that you will be burning through $15-25K a day minimum, and thats before you add in the cost of the support staff, supervision, cost of running an exploration camp (or drive-in drive out to Cloncurry if practicable).
They don't have enough geological infromation yet to justify 6 drill rigs, they should settle down and try for 2-3 drill rigs first to see if the results warrant that many drill rigs.
