DPU fell from 20.5 cpu in 2017 to 19.4 cpu in in 2018 and will fall further to 18.4 cpu in 2019. However, they cut gearing sharply last year to under 40% so they reduced risk. The yield is still 6.76%, so attractive compared with IDR at 6.2%. The corporate games are starting so we may end up with a cash bid anyway.
