The last placement of $1m was made to Rand and Tribune. We haven't seen any change in their holdings.
The announcement said the placement participants were a mix of existing and new investors. I would expect the existing s/h would be holders and I would expect the new holders would be very aware that this is a thinly traded stock. No doubt they are also able to look at a chart?
