Experience does not always equate with skill or intelligence. FYI - good luck trying to offload a sizable holding when there is "price manupulation" via small parcels - what crap.

Re sellers appearing/disappearing - a straw man argument. False argument in case you do not understand - am being deliberately condescending here in case you missed it. Other than me, I do not think there hasn been anyone else with a "sentiment: sell" in 2018 for HTA. Here is a challenge for you - find me a link to any post on HTA that has a "sell sentiment" ... I checked 2018, probably isn't any in 2017 either.

It is not about being right/wrong - it is about having an exchange of views - not possible on the sell side for HTA. Evident in the "great analysis" rating of a giant emoji above (should have made this gigantic).

I posted to test my theories in case I missed something and as I have been holding and following this stock for years and may buy back in at some point. Personally I love it when people have a different view than me, because it might show a flaw in my view/argument ... but getting emotive or hopeful responses is like arguing about the best colour to paint a wall or whether hot chips are better than chocolate.
