yep very happy to preserve the cash and definitely a thumbs up by C4V in MNS otherwise they would have insisted on cash IMO.

deal is now done and that ties up the IP C4V holds as well to MNS - nice.

not sure about the C4V sales deals as to how they will benefit MNS other than as a SH in C4V but there may be other benefits.

now wondering whether other ANNs will be coming thick and fast - given recent onmarket buying by directors and now this being finalised.
