How does this all work? Does NEA effectively own the plane? Is it only the one plane that does all the capturing? Assuming that is essentially the case, it seems kind of redundant having to look after the upkeep of the plane. Would it not be better to essentially have a bolt on kit that can be fitted onto most aircraft and you have a handful of trained pilots that are contracted out to NEA to fly their plane over the capture area.
Having a handful of these kits should see the capture costs fall i would assume.
