How many shares do the directors own?
I can't see any director buying on-market in the last couple of years.

I hope they don't do something stupid like give away 100m shares @ 2.8c

And I hope they don't take the opportunity to define new performance bonuses based on the low share price.

They need to get lucky with the drilling.

And I expect they need cash for the recent acquisitions, and for testing the dumps.

I also expect they have their eye on additional acquisitions.
