TH on milestone, and maybe more anns due as termite field season drawing to close.
Could have been at at better timing but that's not in rehelm of control - but at least a TH helps put brakes on any immediate action from OPes/ANZ - maybe buys time for outcome any other CO's legal moves.
Sentiment- I'm looking to be back in, once I recover after I knock the chilly peak off the top of my mortgage.
