Welcome back @imback ! Agree, a very frustrating situation...the problem being that he appears to be the senior portfolio manager cum analyst ? and it doesnt appear that anyone else has the. ??? to either challenge his actions or his theories in managing the fund. As you would be aware, I have been hoping (probably vainly) that Geoff Wilson will see sense and assume management like he has with CYA, and get the portfolio moving in the right direction (as opposed to no direction at all !) but that seems a forlorn hope. Still, Geoff now has extra staff on board so maybe, that allows for some thinking time !

I would have thought that,that was well and truly overdue, but wonder what the catalyst will be for change ?
