This is not correct "ORD = MANAGEMENT" , this is correct Hartleys is working as lead broker for controlling market in favor of ORD.
As what broker data shows that MANAGEMENT SHARES were sold by Hartleys ( those 350K shares).
while smart money is coming to make a pump, the first thing for them is absorbing free float shares. ORD has done this with buying 11.7 M shares during last 8 months ago.

in the second stage, smart money is going to put pressure on bigger holders to absorb their shares and won't allow to more shares to being issued. In $IRC case, big holders are management and Hartley as lead broker. Hence, as long as management can sell their own shares with higher price, they would help ORD as much as they can.

In third section, ORD needs to absorb again all free float shares that released by Hartleys and management. So, they are going to make some tree shaking same today or controlling SP in lower price for absorbing these shares. These process will continue until 10% to 20% of $IRC shares are being in hand of ORD.
