Be realistic. ANS net equity is only 2.6 million dollars compared to SDL of 67 million dollars. Your dream is not realistic.
If you are a very rich Chinese investor, why should you invest your money in ANS and let ANS taking over SDL unless you own 80 per cent of ANS. When you check the spread of shareholding in ANS, there is no major shareholders. So a very rich Chinese investor will directly buy SDL rather than through ANS.
Do you know who are those noteholders of SDL? They are reputable large fund managers/financial institutional and one or two of them are reputable global commodity traders. Please do your research before making any conjectures.
ANS???? See the balance sheet (see also Top 20 shareholders list) and you will understand that you are dreaming. Lol.
