Anyway, prospects and position here continue to improve. The boys now have very little trouble in raising equity funds as required at no cost in wacc terms.
They now have funds for more drilling, develop gas prospects and to pay their extraordinarily lavish executive lifestyles. Hope they don't forget how to man the rigs. Another 6 months added to timeline to develop prospects and monetise the asset.
At current market cap of $4m, are very undervalued, just on land value.
