Shareholders are entitled to react in whatever way they see as appropriate. Your proposition that the petition would be destabilising at a time of consolidation and growth may be true. It also could be that changing the leadership is what is required for shareholders to get a return on their investment. In fact the lack of broker or institutional support for the stock is a strong indicator that the injection of a leader with strong rapport with the market is required. So far all shareholders have is a company with bloated executive remuneration which is insidiously eating away the company's profits, and a continual cycle of vague promises about good times after enduring another "consolidation"phase.

It looks to me that a Private Equity buy out is on the cards at this very low SP
