    Was a HC ad, basically saying "HDY Set As Emerging Vanadium Producer".. nothing over the top really.

    "A new research report on Hardey Resources by RM Research details the new value enhancing vanadium acquisitions and catalysts to kick start a re-rating"

    Personally, I'd be very happy with a re-rating. Up, preferably.
