Perhaps the smart thing to do is that BCL and RTG do a deal/ JV and use their joint financial power to get this going. Both stocks would explode. Probably a fantasy, but there will need to be something done or everyone will just burn all their cash keeping land owners happy. The landowners can’t lose because they will still own the land if all the money gets burned and then it starts all over again. Dyor.
