By the way I'm still itchy!

I'm thinking due to the short timeframe of DFS/ then BFS/ then production a smart industry move would be to enter an early binding contract with TMT. I have family in Shanghai, China is currently riddled with pollution as everyone knows or most suspect BUT there is a bigger problem; as a Communist country the main concern or potential problem is its people - this has throughout history been the problem of any Communist regime. Where I'm getting at. The traditional approach to ascertain resources out of the ground as at any cost is slowly dissipating, they say China will not change YET if it wishes to survive as it has there is no choice. There are two things occurring presently; a) the strategic move to not create an internal virus and kill itself, and b) the implementation to continue to build/stimulate/gear itself to maintain momentum and demonstrate best practice. This may sound ridiculous but that's how I see it, this is my opinion and personal observation based on many discussions and personal experience.

TMT may actually get a deal before the DFS is done.
