Can't see a cornerstone investor wanting to do a CR anytime soon after their investment, not a good look to their shareholders.. dilution. Banks can handle financing along with Shareholder CR further down the track.
I am waiting to see who (board rep) and size? Would like to see about 10-14% of current cap, about $20-$30M, and nice German sounding name.
