My word it would Brettdale, and there is the potential for a rival bid. However it could be sucessful at a price that could really shaft long term holders who bought into this company with a view to the future. I'm keen on DES because I beleive it offers me the best bang for my buck on a risk reward basis. Its relentless shopping spree has halted and I expect it to emerge from consolidation with impressive growth. It is on the cusp of rewarding the faithful, to loose it now would be a tragedy.
All IMO of course, please DYOR.
