What would hold him back from moving to " greener " pastures?

So having presided over the SP falling to 2.7 cents while you talk of a plethora of fantastic projects potentially worth over $1 Billion, I have 2 questions for you -

1/ Having seen the value (SP = 2.7 cents) created so far for shareholders while helming a company with some fantastic ground in the hottest exploration zone in Australia, why would any other company hire him?

2/ What 'greener pastures' are there? (We have the best ground, the best prospects. It doesn't get any better! The only issue is that the company generates zero interest because they build zero momentum & provide zero information regarding upcoming drilling campaigns and what the specifics are of said campaigns).
