A totally accretive transaction in every aspect IMO.

Keeps NST's average grade and margin with a mere 4% dilution.  

Entry price is less that it would take to build the plant so I'm a little perplexed at how they got it this cheap.  

Pogo is north of PolarX's (PXX), Alaska Range Project.  Future discussions there in the wings??

South32 are $150M into Trilogy in the more extreme North and Sandfire has just taken a position in White Rock - another Aussie.

Then there's Riversdale with their gold ventures to the West.

Looking like an all Aussie invasion showing the North Americans how its done.   Is this the new West Africa without the political nightmares I ask myself.  Sure looks like it to me.
