Colour of the September candle is unknown:can start green, stay green. can start green turn red; can start red turn green; can start red stay red. A month is a long period, so it depends at what point in that month one buys or sell.

You just can't simply say buy because the candle is green, you could be buying the top. Similarly, you can't say sell because candle is red, because you could be selling at the lowest.

I tend to work with immediate/obvious supports, and consider them valid unless otherwise proven.
