are we expecting some form of JV news within the next couple of weeks. In the 12th June JV joint prod announcement, one of the pointers states...

"Both parties will undertake their best efforts to finalise and accomplish the pre-conditions within three months of signing the joint production agreement, which can be extended by an additional three months by mutual consent of both parties; "

Im not sure which preconditions the statement refers to unless it crossing the t's and dotting the i's and unless Im interpreting it wrong that 3 month timeframe ends 12th Sept.
