Hi @HotRods65 I am curious can you make any sense of the EGM document pertaining to the convertible notes if I read it correctly 20mill plus will be issued on the 08/09 without shareholder approval and another 40 odd mill to go after that depending on specific listing rules, which means more dilution! Unless I've calculated SOI's incorrectly there is still a sheet load that will come me to market at some stage especially with performance rights coming into play as well! We live in hope there is a lot of yellow stuff to come to balance these figures!
