MVF and VRT (as we know) both compete in the same area. they both have very similar business models in Aust. It is telling that VRT grew revenue, held profit flat and MVF did not.
So, IMO, the difference is in management between the two companies and the strategy that each is employing.
Now, I could be biased, but the numbers do suggest that CRT has a better strategy and better managament team.
