Gents the 10mill was a transfer between a broking company that has gone broke and ANZ - essentially ANZ had rights to these shares at a 50% discount to trading value hence the transfer. Dont read into it too much - the ASX should not have recorded the volume on their register as this was a mere transfer. This has occured to a few companies today that were held by the falling brokerage firm.
Astoria i can confirm your information - there are some very interested players circling and wanting a piece of HLG. In fact im expecting a takeover within 2-4 weeks.. All i will say at this stage is that the interested parties may be willing to pay 1.50 - 1.60per share.. Wont say too much more but interesting times ahead.. I think that some key players have realised the true value here..
