Please don't mistake my positive rants as loyalty. I will be the first one to sell if something doesn't seem right but so far I have not seen a single red flag. I agree the gifting of shares is hard to swallow at this stage considering the SP but we don't see everything that is going on behind the scenes. Management and the board obviously believe that, with the work DC has done to date and with the goals he is yet to achieve, he is worthy of a 300k bonus and I agree with them that's all. Remember he has to bring this to mine to be able to claim the whole 18 mill and if he does bring this to mine he will be making a lot of investors (myself included) a lot of money, so good luck to him.
