Idk. I actually don't see much potential for a positive rerate in the absence of a major catalyst. The stock is so illiquid. Last week there were days when total value of traded vol was >$1. Crazy
I suppose PEA might be such a catalyst but the odds do seem stacked against it. Poor grades & mineral distribution (those unexpected voids / discontinuities) will weaken project economics. I believe the market will read the PEA with a skeptical eye. Far better projects are having trouble attracting investment atm
What the company really needs is a major and immediate rebound in industrial metal prices for the PEA to be remotely compelling imo. This will require an easing of trade tensions and weakening of DXY (both contrary to views of most industry analysts)
Of course, these maco developments are beyond the control of the company. Their efforts are best placed in minimising unnecessary cash burn and selling (not JVing) their catalog of dormant and derelict assets (unlikely in current climate)
