i think you should go back & read the announcement dude...
Tsang states that his investment is long term & he will be looking to increase his shareholding "subject to Australian law" when circumstances permit....
as for the options he is seeking approval to underwrite 20% of the listed options - not the ones he already owns.....
if he is succesfull 20% of the listed options would be around 7.6 Million options.... which if converted would = another 5% of the company...
