No shares have been sold bar the initial 150k worth. 10.5m were transfered to HSBC custody earlier in month leaving Holland accounts with 10,000,001 shares. 8m shares were then transfered back to Holland accounts from the HSBC custody giving the Holland accounts control over 18,000,001 again. This puts his holding back over 5% making it a reportable event to sell so I’d say won’t see any selling from-him. If he was going to sell he would have done it sub 5%. HSBC custody hold the remaining 2.5m equates to 20.5m shares registered
