I think it would be a bad move to abandon the dual brand strategy.
Dodo is still a very recognised budget brand, and has a lot of users, i expect many times that of iPrimus.
iPrimus is growing because thats where the market is shifted to, and it had been pushed with the relaunch after the migration to the new backed, which i think dodo is due to have received about now as well.
I think they could benefit from some tweaking (eg an NBN100 plan), but see the shift of focus between the two as a sign of a success plan.
