Yes thats right. Management can call a AGM, its a requirement of the ASX listing rules even when they are a year late.
The management have called an AGM and have not provided the March 18 and June 18 quarterlies nor the June half yearly report.
Being so close to the company can you advise what they are trying to hide? Has management paid for their shares. A 3B was issued earlier this year stating Ducketts company (Meridian) had provided $150,000. Now with the AGM notice produced that $150,000 is now $140,000..
Never seen that in any other ASX listed company. Has the company completed a share reduction after the 3B was issued?
