The shorts are pretty insignificant based on the ASX data, is that the real reason for the down day? who knows.
Arc have only ~133,000 shares sold short, or 0.04% of the total limit of shares up for short sales.
Compare that with the 3 million odd shares Arc had sold short around the time of the Wandoo deal and leading upto the AZA merger.
