Because it is a 5 for 2 if Gandel has 20%( I think he has a few accounts) then he has 200 million and then he can buy another 500 million. I think Rodgers family have 4% so about 40 million therefore they can buy another 100 million. This is the heart of the problem 5 for 2 and so for anyone who has inside knowledge and a lot of shares and money it is a no brainer ....and this describes our board!!
It is absolutely disgraceful.
