Ann: Change in substantial holding from SNC, page-3

Certainly a decent holding with no known intent by anyone other SNC at this point but I dont believe it is accidental accumulation. It does make it challenging to try and figure out what they are really up with no transparency from the company as to its intended future but SNC is clearly in the control seat for any unwanted or unsavioury takeover offer as it will get tested or blocked if not to SNC's liking. Even a 25% private placement by 1AG to dilute them can't deny them that option at this stage. SNC's weighted price is around ~4.45 cent so if under this price then anyone with small holdings should be OK as they wont just dump them and go play elsewhere any time soon since they started accumulating early this calendar year.

Patience is a good trait to have for this little mystery box.
