I will be taking up the rights issue.. Its a refreshing change that retail investors get a chance to be a part of an offer rather than heavily discounted offers given to SOPHs. So management should be commended for making the effort.

The options must be worth something .. say .001 so I would rather support the company rather than let it be a plaything of brokers. I hold APC. This company was going nicely, holders were patient and believed in the project and going by the threads more than willing to dip into their pockets. But once Hartleys got involved the price was smashed ($ had a good day yesterday for once).

So far more to be gained by supporting management. We have S32 sniffing around so a very good sign. If you have no faith in management then P off.
