I don't hold WBT but do hold 4DS. I have just read a recent WBT announcement and the last line I think is the key:

quality of the 1Mb array, bringing the technology to the level needed to move to a production level fab (where silicon components are manufactured).

I read this as it still needs to go to a production level FAB to produce a wafer of the chips which supposedly is one of the last tests needed. 4DS started that process in February and are predicting a wafer being produced late September - hence the buzz around the stock which is expected to continue through August and September. If WBT is at the stage I think it is you may have another several month wait whilst the FAB test wafers roll off the line.

Happy to be corrected but that is my interpretation.
