    There is not much mention of VXR on RPG website or annual report. They used to own over 30% of VXR, which has been diluted to 16% over the years. Anything above 10% ownership is a blocking stake - which is a problem for VXR if they want to sell the company for say 4 cents a share. This is because RPG average buy in price is 7 cents. I wonder if they will ever see a return on their investment?
